WELCOME TO MALPICAFIT.

  • My name is Ignacio Malpica.  I am a certified WITS personal and fitness trainer with many years of experience working  and having fun with people of all ages and abilities!

  • With 25 years of experience and certified in group fitness, personal training and martial arts. I am well qualified to train and motivate people of all ages and abilities. I earned a second degree black belt in Tae kwon do, trained on the basics of Aikido, jiu-jit su and judo. My extense experience in  the practice of movement, modern dance, teaching physical education, martial arts, swimming and sports conditioning it is complemented and enriched with my vocation and passion for training and teaching!

  • I teach currently a variety of classes, total body conditioning and personal training, to help people  increase their strength, flexibility, balance, speed and endurance to improve their current sport or lifestyle!
